IDG Capital Vietnam Blockchain cooperated with Vietnam Institute for Advanced Studies in Mathematics, VNU University of Science and Kyber Network to organise a Pitching Event as part of the 2022 Conference on Blockchain Computing in Hanoi, Vietnam.

The selected startups had the chance to pitch about their project or idea in 5 minutes to seize the opportunity of receiving investment package of up to $100,000 or even up to $2,000,000 (if they win the panellists in further pitching rounds and discussions)

The panellists in the event include (1) Prof. David Tran (University of Massachusetts, USA), (2) Mr. Nathan Hoang (General Partner, IDG Capital Blockchain), and (3) Dr. Loi Luu (Founder, KyberNetwork).

The event started with some sharing of the panellists about their experience with blockchain and what they and the VCs are looking for in blockchain startups.

After the sharing comes the main part, the pitching of the start-up, each of which is followed by a Q&A session between the judges and the founders.

At the end, out of the participating projects, (1) Trustkeys (SocialFi platform), (2) Trava Center (search engine and analytics app), (3) Orochi Network (infrastructure solution between layer 1 and 2) and (4) A lending by Mr. Tuan (independent researcher) have been chosen by the panellists for further discussion on investment.
